The song is written and composed by John Michael Conchada and Julius James ”Jumbo” De Belen of FlipMusic. The arrangement of the song were done by Jumbo De Belen, the mixing and mastering were done by Mat Olavides and Jumbo De Belen of FlipMusic. The over-all music production were done by Bojam of FlipMusic.
The official music video production were done by YouMeUsMNL, the concept is reintroducing Y2K Filipino pop culture with its retro-inspired music video that brings back Filipino pop aesthetics during the 90s and 00s.

BINI's pre-album single, comeback single and sophomore album release was announced on BINI's official twitter account (@bini_ph) on August 26, 2022. The first teaser for "I Feel Good" was released on September 10, 2022.
"I Feel Good" was released on September 22, 2022 at 6:00 pm PHT on Spotify, Apple Music and more than 30 digital streaming platforms worldwide. The official Music Video was released one hour later at 7:00pm PHT on Youtube due to technical difficulties on BINI's Official Youtube channel.
